<p>This course is designed to train all STSM, Section Supervisors and individuals identified for progression into those roles. It is designed to develop a person&#39;s knowledge, understanding technical skills and management skills. It is therefore particularly suited to persons required to prove their capability in these areas.&nbsp;</p> <p>Support in the compilation of the Route Business Plan&nbsp;<br /> Implement an effective long-term access<br /> strategy&nbsp;<br /> Forecast volumes of Work&nbsp;<br /> Agree volumes of work Report performance against the Business Plan Manage Maintenance Delivery Unit output&nbsp;<br /> Allocate resources in accordance with the Business Plan&nbsp;<br /> Deliver work in accordance with the Maintenance Inspection Budget&nbsp;<br /> Deliver work in accordance with additional budget Report &#39;Plan-Do-Review&#39; progress Manage succession planning Manage stakeholder relationships</p>
